Food & drink are very important at Jalakara - the menu is designed and overseen directly by Jalakara's owner, British chef Marko Hill Together with Head chef Chitrasan Rai & resident mixoligist ujjal Rai.
The dinner menu focuses on the tropical abundance of the Andaman Islands and the amazing fresh seafood. Highlights include Jalakara’s signature three-way papaya and coconut curry, spiny lobster platter with nimbu hollandaise and sugar cured tiger prawns.
The complimentary breakfast includes house baked bread, freshly ground coffee, a selection of cooked to order main dishes and freshly cut tropical fruit. During the day we offer a lunch thali and a light menu of salads, wraps, sandwiches, soup and sharing plates - served informally around the pool.

Breakfast is served from 7am to 9.45am,
lunch is served from midday to 3pm
dinner & snacks are served from 6pm to 9.30pm.
Complimentary Tea and Coffee is available in the Main Villa at all times.
